This kind of cell phone will be released by Polymer Vision; this is a subsidiary of Philips in Netherland which called Readius. The size in normal condition was not different with other smart cell phone, but when you pull the rolling screen to open the web page or to check you email it is like you open it in your computer or your small note book.

Unfortunately, for screen they just can provide black and white and cannot perform moving picture. But now they try to develop the 8 inches color screen which can perform video. They also will work together with the 3G network companies, which can support the wireless transfer in high performance and it already supported by POP3 and IMAP standard to attract email from email server on internet. It is also supported by MP3 player and audio file, and it has 8 gigabyte for the external memory. For navigation it support with simple toch because it is only have eight bottom for the anvigation , but they will make a standard key board for the next product.

Karl McGoldrick say that they will bring e-reading in your cell phone, you will got wide screen to read message, and good quality of your battery so you turn it on more than the other cell phone. You ca also get a high connection for your cell phone. You also got a classy appearance of your cell phone. He also hopes Readius will compete with iPhone from Apple or Kindle, the e-books from Amazon. The price of this cell phone still secretes but they hoped this product will be released in mid 2008.
